The room my family and I stayed in smelled of cigarettes, my dog found a bug under the bed, and the hot breakfast they advertised was minipancakes that we made ourselves. It would have taken an hour to make enough pancakes to fill me. The only reasons we picked this place were the price with a hot breakfast included. It was cheap with a continental breakfast so McDonald's was the choice for breakfast

Front desk staff was very nice. The room was clean enough. The room I was in had a broken lock. The owner walked into my room while I was in the shower and was looking around my room. My fiance was on a video call waiting for me to finish my shower. She was in her pajamas. She was very offended when the owner was staring at her in the phone. I'm not sure why he would walk into my room when it'd obvious someone is still there. No apology from the owner but he asked the front desk girl to apologize to me for the incident. Terrible......

Great price point, plenty of large vehicle parking, room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was extremely awkward as you are made to stand in a small outer room with the bulletproof glass in the middle of nowhere... The night time check-in clerk made me feel like I was bothering her meal break.

Positive: The price was reasonable and it was at the mid-point of our journey. Negative: The room left a lot to be desired. There were multiple drywall "repairs" - particularly in the ceiling that looked like either a total amateur did it or someone who just didn't care. We also got triple billed for our stay which is still being resolved...
