I put a metal roof on my house thru a roofing company they got the metal from green tree it was under his Dad's name and they told me I had a 40 year warranty . Please someone tell me how do I have this warranty when it's not in my name . I have been calling and speaking with a numerous of guys , levi , clay which I spoke with today and he said they was busy and he hung up on me . Very disrespectful. He told me to stop talking and he said they mailed it to me last week . I am 2 mins from their building . Than he told me to pick it up after they knew I have had 3 surgeries and I still not driving . I think they need to be checked more often . Every time I would call they would tell me it was on the managers desk . Why do I still not have the warranty paper? Very BAD business I have all the calls I was making to this company. It wasn't in my mailbox today and it doesn't take 2 weeks to get here . UPDATE: 05-13-2022 I would love to update on this matter. I had the district manager to call me and he and another guy was so kind to come to my house since I had 3 surgeries to bring me a copy of my warranty. It wasn't the company fault at all it was the young guy behind the phone that told me to hush and hung up on me after numerous times I had called and asked to speak to the manager than they told me it was mailed to me when it wasn't and told me to come and pick it up . I couldn't even drive at that time . I really recommend this business but please make sure you talk to the right people when you use them.
