I believe White Oak Manor is doing a great job caring for my mother. She is always clean when we visit. The PA, nurses and care planners call to inform me of changes. I appreciate that very much. My mom is 98 years old and has dementia. Yet her caregiver seems to know her well & calls her a favorite. They are obviously short staffed. I hope they are smart enough to pay more to service employees and care for the workers they have so they will stay. Many administrators pay themselves larger salaries and the caregivers are left behind. I say this because White Oak recently increased it's daily rates but gave no explination of where those increases would applied. So I'm not sure about the new administrations. I haven't met them not am I aware of their values. I hope they continue the value of compassionate professional care and care for the caregivers who care for my mom! Thanks

Just moved my brother in so far so good. Everyone has been very nice hopefully it will stay this way. Admissions was easy and straight forward.
