I would say go there in person. I found it a bit harder to het call backs. Normally tajes a few days. They run programs for low to no income patients for doctors that you have to renew ever March or April time frame every year. & they focus on thos patient. They have some restrictions on treatment options they have billboards up for. But best way to get answers in timely fashion is go in person or say u have called & keft several voicemails & never received a call back & talk to front desk people about it. I have gotten better prices negotiating with local pharmacies if u do not have insurance as well that even best prices they give at pharmacy 50% of time. Not chain pharmacies but local or using good RX or other similar programs i can recommend.

Yes they do take walk ins, but it usually takes longer to be seen. Best to make an appointment.

They do not perform oral surgery. Local anesthesia is what they provide.

Just log in to their patients portal...all your records will be there to copy and download.
