Waiting room has everyone packed in very tightly, literally every seat was filled shoulder to shoulder. The service is very slow. The check in system is out of date. There are two waiting rooms but only one is in use, not sure if it's because of staffing reasons. I was told that if I claimed that my injury happened at a facility/business/gym that my insurance wouldn't cover it. It felt like I was being coached on how to fill out the accident form. The actual medical professionals were great. Experience leading up to being seen was horrible.

Was seen by a nurse practitioner Donnie Freeman gave the wrong meds almost cause a massive heart attack had I not been concerned about my health and contacted my cardiologist. Also listened to him mocking patients thru the extremely thin walls. He was also rude it felt as though my being an Ill , paying patient was a burden to him, or it may be that I am Hispanic I have reached out to other Hispanic/persons of color and they seem to have had similar experiences with this same individual. Will stay clear of faster er care Sumter SC. This should not reflect on the front staff or nurse assistants who are dedicated and genuinely show respect/care for patients

Very slow service and not very friendly at all. All they ask for is money and it doesn’t seem like they even care about the patients. I will not be returning! I will visit Colonial Urgent Care instead!

This questions really depends on your insurance benefits. If you decide to call your insurance before arriving you will first need to confirm with them that Faster Care is in your network. Then you will need to ask them how Copay's, Deductible, and Co-insurance applies to a specialist visit including the office visit and any labs, x-rays, CT's or Injections competed in the office. Also ask them how much is already met on your deductible, if any. We can do all of this for you on arrival as well. However, there are disclaimers with insurance companies that benefits and eligibility "is not a guarantee of coverage or benefits". I do apologize that I am not able to give you a more concrete answer.
Yes, I believe that we are. We accept all BCBS except HMO's Blue Choice or Medicaids
