The only con I have is if you, park in the rear before you check in know that it's a hike to the front desk. It's more my fault than the establishment but I'm driving a straight truck and didn't want to block the entryway. Right off the Interstate a block from Denny's

Super fast WiFi. Hotel was redecorated fall 2021. Stay on the top floor - the floor creek a lot. I was regularly woken up by movement on the floor above me. Great parking all around the hotel. Rolla is a very safe place. Hotel has convenient location off of the interstate and close to town.

We have stayed a few times at this hotel. Very nice hotel and we really like the choice hotels. A couple of issues were the shower pressure and the coffee in the lobby. No pressure and strong coffee.

The Rolla, MO Quality Inn is outdated and not a particularly great value for $99 per night. The building has a foul odor to it, perhaps from the ongoing construction to renovate the main hallways, but maybe not since it smells like sewage. I haven't known drywall work to smell like crap. The staff were friendly and did their best to be helpful, but the rooms are mediocre at best. My room featured a ripped up lampshade, bathroom drywall in need of repair, and a bathroom exhaust fan that wasn't working. Maybe after some renovations are done this place will be nice again.
