I have had to come here twice, to Probate Court to deal with my parents estates. Once with an appointment and once without. Both experiences were wonderful. Everyone was compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite the fact the place was packed and the phone ringing off the hook, everyone was hustling and patient. Maria was especially kind!!! I so appreciated these people!

Five stars for marriage license and the staff memeber that helped us!! Great and fast experience for a marriage license. The blonde haired lady was super nice, helpful, and friendly. She was the only one to greet us on both visits. I didn't get her name. She was very kind. However, I give 2 stars for one lady. I see this is the 2nd complaint for the rude lady at the first desk that needs to stay in her lane and mind her own business. I was being helped and she butted into our conversation. One of the security guards was asleep. So I felt super safe. (Being sarcastic)

The woman. Who sits in the first desk is unpleasant and shows a real lack of compassion!, Most of the people in the probate office are grieving the loss of a loved one.
