It is a library a silent quiet place to do some activities, can borrow books ,get copies, search information, take brooches, etc if you dont have a membership card, just pay $1 to use 1 hr and 0.20 cts.per xcopy.I liked it. I recommend this place you use computer. I liked it I recommend the bad a little far from North Augusta or Aiken the library is open from Monday to Saturday according to a schedule it is located in Eigdelfield, and it is a large and pleasant space the staff helps with everything.

I like this library. It is on the small side, but sufficient. In non-pandemic times, they work to engage kids, which is important to me. I like the self-checkout kiosk. I would add a 5th star if there were a children's librarian there to greet my kids and help them connect with books that are a good fit. I've never encountered one since covid started.

I needed a replacement library card. The employee was very polite, pleasant and helpful. The library was clean and organized 😃

You must have a drivers license and proof of residency if you address is not Aiken county on your license. But you may use the entire facility without a card, you just can't check out any movies or books without the card. The card process takes about 2 minutes. Hope that helps.
Give the library a call and we can give you your PIN.
From library website: "Fax machine service is available at most of the member libraries of the ABBE Regional Library System. The library staff will only send faxes within the continental United States. The cost to send or receive a fax is $1 per page. Payment for the service must be made prior to any outgoing transmission. Patrons receiving transmissions must pay incurred charges upon receipt of the facsimile. Any cover sheet transmitted or received is considered a part of the fax, incurring appropriate charges. Faxes are limited to a maximum of 20 pages at a time. Fax services end 20 minutes before the library closes. Incoming faxes will be held by the receiver's last name by library staff. They will be held for 7 days and then shredded if not picked up by the receiver."
