Won't sell a case of caulk in bulk, charges individual tunes, whereas competitor across the street will sell a case for less. Inventory isn't accurate, online shows certain quantities in stock but then far less available in reality. Also, staff was less than friendly and not personable at all. Meh.

Came here last week and waited in line for 20 minutes. The cashier was helping a customer and there seemed to be an issue so I waited patiently. The cashier called the manager up to help and they had to shut that register down for some reason. I was then pointed to go to self check out and wait another 10 minutes with no explanation. I had a buggy filled to the top. When I finally got to check myself out, there were no bags. So I had to scan and place each item on the floor then reload into my cart. Never been so disappointed with customer service before

Lows offers the ubiquitous blue facemasks that most all stores do. Sanitation hand cleaner. Social distancing is in place. Of course controlling retail customers is like herding cats... 🐈 🐱

They are short handed it's almost impossible to get help even in the store most day's
They changed to 3rd party delivery service about two yrs ago. They unexpectedly fired all the delivery guys that actually worked for Lowes for Jb hunt. That is exactly why you didnt get the service that you did in the store.
