I rent from Enterprise all of the time! I always get a nice clean, working car! However….this time was different. As I left the lot I noticed some brown stuff sprayed all over the inside of the windshield. It was coke or Pepsi or something else, very sticky and icky. I went and picked up my friend and really looked at the car….the outside was dirty too, there were fast food sauces and salt packets on the floor and French fries on the floor in the back. We were down the road a little over an hour and I noticed lights that were on….the collision mitigation sensor light was on, the drivers side airbag light was on and a warning ⚠️ malfunction light was on. I called and told them about it and they said they would comp the ride…I was charged $80. Later down the road, we took back roads, we had to get on highway 26, it was bumper to bumper traffic and they were all going waaay above the speed limit. A truck was riding my bumper for about 15 minutes but I was in the middle lane and couldn’t get over, he finally had an opening and went around me in the left lane and pulled in front of me and slammed on his brakes. I own a Nissan Rouge, it will stop on a dime, this one….not so much. The brakes went to the floor (collision mitigation), my car will stop itself if I’m too slow, it was disabled on this car or broken. I hit the truck. This wouldn’t have happened in my car, it would have stopped.

I've used this place for the past 2 or 3 years when my family and I go on vacation. The customer service is great and easy to work with. I've gotten great deals on rentals through Enterprise. I would go online and make a reservation then pick up was so easy and fast it probably took less than 10 minutes. Turning the car back in was easier. If you're needing to rent a car for a short time choose enterprise and ask for William.

Customer service s u c k s here. You can't get anyone in the phone.. staff is rude unprofessional and blames there mistakes all on the Customer.

If they do, it will only fold on one side
In the past, they did have cars that are automatic with the manual option. You would have to request it in advance I am sure.
No but they did have problems with there credit card machine.Just a card linked to a banking account
If you pay for your own insurance its $50, otherwise its 200
