First and last experience with Panera. Let's talk about the price. $15.28 for a sandwhich, small bag of chips, and a small/reg tea. Not even fries for the price point. Spicy chicken sandwich with fried pickles. Now that sounds delicious and even the box says bursting with flavor. Not the case. One of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten. Went through drive through, got at least a 5 hour old piece of chicken that was hard and cold. Not even talking about the non existent "fried pickles" on BOTH sandwiches. Walked in and had them make a fresh sandwich (again especially at this price point) which I was told she had to cook more chicken and would be 5 minutes. That right there told me I got the last piece that was cooked for the lunch crowd. Y'all need to get that place in check. There was a whole lotta employees busy doing nothing and people waiting for service at counter. F rating….. I would give no stars if I could. Not happy at all.

I understand we had a storm on Friday. If you are going to delay opening, a sign on the door would be helpful. I showed up at normal opening time and was told an hour delay but drive thru was open. No sign on door stating this. I left and when I came back there was sign on door about no coffee but still nothing about delayed opening time for dining room.
