Food wasn't as usual, specifically asked over the speaker for salt and ketchup, got neither. It would seem that they use the " hottest" onions on the planet, you would think when the place was packed, the food would be a lil better. Maby when its packed thats why your food is served barley warm, one car hop trying to serve everyone at once.

My 1st experience was not a good one. Lady at counter had no patience. Food was cold and not very appetizing. I was so disappointed.

Wikipedia. What-A-Burger restaurants (as well with other variations of the name) were formed by other entrepreneurs than the Branch family during the post-World War II period. For example, a small chain now based in Concord, North Carolina, was founded by Eb Bost & C.W. Bost, Jr. and operates as What-A-Burger Drive-Ins, Inc. with several locations, are all still under the leadership of members of their families.[1]It also visibly numbered their stores starting from #1 in Kannapolis, North Carolina to #15 in Concord.[2The What-A-Burger restaurants in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina are not to be confused with the much larger Whataburger chain based in Texas. Harmon Dobson, a different entrepreneur, established a "Whataburger" restaurant in Texas on August 8, 1950. He registered the trademark "Whataburger" in 1957, but the What-A-Burger trademark was registered in 1950. The Texas business eventually became a corporation with as many as 800 "Whataburger" fra][3]Wikipedia.

"you guys"? -- Google Maps' questions area is a place for customers (or potential customers) to get information about places from other CUSTOMERS -- not from the places themselves. Sometime the establishments do troll here, but not often. Best bet to get a real answer is to contact the place directly.
