You don't want to rent from these people they don't care about nothing but money the park is runned down compared to the first twenty years I lived there and then they let the Barnett family and Davis family run the park you can never get a hold of anyone in the office they don't answer your calls drugs throughout the community

Do not rent here they act friendly about everything but in reality they are snakes in the grass throwing me out over something I haven't done by the word of a brown nose bit h at 7013 fox court after me being here almost twenty years and brown nose been here maybe 3/4 years that's my in put have a good day

Dogs running around the neighborhood all the time and cats

Yes theres plenty but this mobile home park dose not allowed four wheelers or dirt bikes or go carts and the cars has to be nice not beat up and theres three trailers and one accross the enterence And to get the office lady name Maria its really hard to get her on weekends and on week days to ask her some questions but its really nice and quite here and the pets has to be on leach if not then you get cought just letting you know and god bless you and be safe
