We love the area of the lot and everything else but how do we get hold of someone about renting one or owning it

The worst place. They won’t do anything to your lot after they make you pay. They do not care at all even with this new company. Just awful.

You would think for the price of the lot rent they would at least have trash pick up Berkeley oaks does same people own them that would totally stop people burning trash this is a horrible place to live

Owner is a Corporation located in Michigan (per PD 3 yr ago). They own multiple MH parks all run the same way.

There are pets living there. I have seen them and heard them barking all day when left outdoors in the heat without water or shelter.

I lived there for 12 years they raised the lot rent up EVERY December the 1st $10 I heard its now $325 now its as easy as pie to get in but once your in your stuck hard to get out we wanted out so bad that we let our home go for $1,500 that's how bad

My father owned a trailer at 1309 Covington rd. When he died I inherit the place. I let a lady ( I'll call cookie ) make payments on it and she still owes me a lot of money. I don't live in gastonia and just wondering if she still in it.
