I've been twice. The owner has a very nice park. I love sitting on the bank of the Mississippi watching the barges go by while I enjoy a campfire.

Is there swimming access?

There is access to swim however it is always recommended to wear a life jacket and not swim too far from shore. The beach area in front of downtown Bellevue has more sand for wading in the water. The area in front of the RV Park is mainly rocks. Facebook.com/RVBellevue
