I absolutely love my new home. The first contractor the company put me with named Anthony I did not care for at all. He did not communicate enough and made decisions without talking to me but then they gave me Matt Sistare. I could not have ask for a better contractor. He made sure he talked to me every couple days and would update me on things to come, even if I didn’t like it or understand it, he would explain why it needed to be that way. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Matt was always polite and always took time to make sure I was updated. He made things happen!! Thank you for helping me get in my home Matt and if anyone gets a home from Carolina Country make sure you ask for Matt for your contractor. The other person I can say who was very helpful is Julie Dutton she keeps all the paperwork together and does a wonderful job working with you and your bank. She was so nice and even made a special trip to come to me short notice and go over all the paperwork. I couldn’t thank everyone enough with helping get into my new home.

Carolina Country Homes did an amazing job with our house. We began the process in the middle of the Covid Crisis, and there were many obstacles due to the timing of the economy and society. Greg Brooks did a wonderful job discussing our options and helping us with what would best fit our family. As head of the construction project, Brent Rogers and Matt Sistare were top notch. Both men truly care about the customer and are filled with wisdom that helped us with many features and construction needs. Matt ended up taking over our job and communicated with us daily about what was coming up, when things should be finished, and what we needed to do next. His advice was endless, and he made sure everything was taken care of. They promised a house within 60-90 days from the time the footing was completed. Our house was completed in less than 60, and we could not be happier. A big thank you goes to Matt and his team! Carolina Country Homes is a great company that truly cares about their customers. They want you to have your dream house!

Seems a little high
You can go to carolinacountryhomes.com and look at floor plans. They have a live chat where someone can help. I if you register (put name number and email) you will have a sales rep contact you. There are 8 homes on the lot that you can walk through and look at as well.
Hi Jay .. we absolutely can. We install off-frame modular homes all over South Carolina and a good chunk of North Carolina.
Hi Sue .. we can't build to a specific set of plans. However, we have hundreds of floorplans to choose from and can do extensive customization so we can typically get pretty close to about any floorplan you might want.
I wouldn't count on it, I'm just about 30 minutes from them and we started in December and we're homeless approaching the 6 month mark!
I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but we already have land, so unfortunately I didn't ask what the options were if we hadn't. I don't believe they have subdivisions where houses are built, or can be built, so you would need to contact them to confirm that. If you are on the lookout for land and you find it, they can clear it if necessary to do the build, and they can do other land-prep services but some of that would be in addition to the cost of just the house. I hope that helped :-)
