This is the best place anybody could go. I got amazing service. First time I have very got my hair color. Wow I will always go back to Legrand Institute to get this done. Everyone has said they like new hair color. The students on the bus commented on the color. I didn't think they would notice anything about new color.They all love the color. I so happy I went Legrand Institute and you will too. So treat yourself you will be glad you did.
