First I have to say,our regular UPS driver is great! Hes always polite and always leaves my packages in a safe place,I get a weekly envelope and he always makes sure its secure so the wind doesn't blow it away. However they start new guys on the route (and I've watched from quantum view) if they don't see you out they'll keep on going. They'll slow down and come back through but don't always stop. I was expecting a package (letter style) this past Friday and they went on by. Now....my package has ended up in Texas and now in Tennessee. The shipper always pays a big fee to have it received next day.Yet,they don't always deliver and this has happened numerous times!They don't answer the phones here and they're not helpful when you do get a hold of someone. Really disappointed in UPS,you charge an arm and leg but don't make good on delivering. Just send my regular guy back and do your jobs right so customers can actually get whats paid for!! Its not too cheap to send next day delivery on certain things! And it adds up quick when it happens more than once. Not to mention its a necessity that i get my package!Its showing it won't arrive til Wednesday...
