It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Brent and Elaine were such good hosts and treated us like family. I can't wait to come back and stay here in the future. I'm blown away by the bad reviews I've read. I can tell most of those 1 Star reviews were simply people not reading the rules and expectations beforehand. Good luck to you all Elaine and Brent! First off the lady is pretty ornery to deal with. The rooms say up to 4 guests but she will only allow 2 male adults max to a room.

Its a nice rustic hotel complete with what appear to be a hand built sink. And about 5 minutes for the water to heat up to warm. But it's had a gorgeous view. And clean air. The entire town is about 10 minutes long and everyone that I met there was super friendly so all out of all four stars

I would like to thank Elaine & Brent for making my recent stay at R-Hideout a great experience. Suite #1 was a great fit for my needs. The accommodations are near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and Lucerne Valley Marina. Great place to relax after a long day on the water and fishing in the warm sun. All the rooms are in excellent condition. The property is exceptionally clean, quiet and safe.
