Since I started my pregnancy I have received excellent care, kindness, respect for both the receptionist and Catalina, the person who takes the ultrasounds, they explain any questions you have regarding your baby. Her facilities are always clean and sanitized, and with fresh scents that make you feel at ease, In my 26 weeks I paid for a Gold Package, at first my baby wasn't that cooperative, but she was very patient and had some great techniques to make it move in order to have a good result, They have a digital application which I have been able to save all this beautiful process and be able to send them to the members of our family who cannot attend. They are two women, incredible human beings. 100% recommended

Wish we had the option to choose the photos that we wanted. I was disappointed with the selection that I received. The ultrasound tech took a lot of cute photos, however I received the unfavorable ones that I would have more than likely disregarded, and thrown away. I didn’t receive none of the cute ones that were taken. On top of that, I was given 3 B&W pictures and 5 3D pictures. The images selected for the B&W pictures were the same as the 3D pictures. I was hoping to get different pictures for all, rather than repetitive pictures. I also didn’t need a gender reveal picture as I already knew the gender, and the tech was aware that I already knew the gender. It was a waste of one of my photos that could have been selected for me to take home. The experience provided by the ultrasound tech was not the best either. She really didn’t say anything to me the entire time. Customer service could have been better. On top of that, the USB that I purchased did not work. I tried to use it in two different laptops, and neither laptop recognized the USB. I called to let the know of the issue, and they agreed to give me another one.
