Had an appointment on this spot to get an Icarus tattoo under my chest area. Went in and I explained the area on my chest where I wanted to put it on just to have a clear objective. The girl that was attending me went to her boss and he seemed like he did not like the choice of my tattoo and also the choice of where I wanted to put it on. First, he said, "I won't be able to appreciate it in my future" and then judged me cause I have chest hair which is not his business. Also for some reason, he said it won't be a good look for their shop. As I said I wanted Icarus which I recommend looking up the story. I don't know what was wrong with putting that under my chest. If you get there, they are not going to work with what you envision for yourself if it doesn't benefit them. I got my money back and left with doubt on my mind because of their judgment on my choice so I went to another tattoo shop just to make sure if they had the same opinion. They were confused cause there was nothing wrong with the tattoo and they love the idea that I had and were willing to do it happily. Never went to a tattoo shop with close-minded artist.

Made my daughter an appointment for her 18th birthday. We showed up and the shop was closed. I double checked the email to make sure I had the right place, date and time. It was all correct. I have left two voicemails and sent back on the original email thread which showed the date and time of the appointment requesting a refund of my deposit. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

This was by far the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Jenny was absolutely amazing and so so so talented with my fine line tattoo. I couldn’t be happier and this shop deserves all the praise in the world. Prime told us jokes and we had the best time here.
