We come here at least once a year and are always satisfied. The rooms are typical for a Holiday Inn Express and the service is always nice. There are also several good places to eat within an easy walking distance.

Positive: Prices and room decor Negative: Door safety latch was broken/not screwed in tightly. Didn't feel safe without putting the ironing board in front of the door. No coffee in the lobby after 10.

Loved staying at this hotel, everybody who worked in the hotel or at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our room we stayed in was very also very clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here

Regarding the facility and staff, this was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was surprisingly spacious; two queen beds and we brought in a queen air mattress and still had room. The bathroom was large as well. The staff was so friendly and professional and tended to our needs for additional bedding and towels promptly. Housekeeping had thanksgiving day off, which is absolutely wonderful to provide that to them, but when they came back on Friday, they did a wonderful job keeping up with their duties. The pool was nice and warm and clean. Towels were provided. The only issue with the facility was the temperature of the pool room. It was quite cold the first day we were there. The rest of the days it wasn’t terrible but definitely could have been warmer. It should be the same temp or warmer than the water so you don’t freeze when you get out. We did have some issues with guests but management was quick to remove them.
