Literally would've been better to sleep in the parking lot. Bedding full of burn holes. Roaches everywhere. Walls have been spraypainted to cover water damage. Mirror broken. Check in experience was awful.. woman at the front desk was atrociously rude... guy on night shift was useless. Ac didn't work. The list goes on and on. Wanted to leave due to the conditions of the hotel and a refund was refused. We left anyway and stayed at the clarion in harrodsburg.

Was met at 11 pm at the front desk with a smile very pleasant staff. The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was delightful. Would stay here again.

If I could give it a zero I would. Started noticing some things were off like the police were there when we arrived. Not sure for what exactly... room door handles was jammed, holes in our sheets from cigarette burns, handle missing on nightstand, etc. I awoke at midnight to find our room was infested with cockroaches.

Positive: It was 9 miles from the job I was doing Negative: The whole place stinks of cigarette smoke and cumin. Saw a few bugs and roaches. No toilet paper for 2 days in a row that they did make the bed, I had to go ask for it. Broken chairs in the room.
