Hi Myron! A slice of Stromboli is approximately 8" long and maybe 3" wide. We make a whole Stromboli that is about 2 ft and cut it into three slices.
They don't have a specific lunch menu, however you can get many of their entrees in half portion sizes. Half the amount of food and a lower price. They also have daily specials which gives a lot of food for much lower cost ie: Mon- Burger Days, Tues-Brick Oven Pizza Day, etc.
Hi Keith! We are definitely able to make our dishes take and bake style. As far as sizing goes, we have the large portion of baked ziti which can serve about 2. So two or three orders of that may work for you. We also have catering trays in a half size which feed about 8-10. Always good for leftovers!
