Well , I didn't have that experience there. They made sure we had the GPS card and it worked. Maybe time for you to go down and speak too a Manager
They are scam artists all they do is talk so they can just sell the car and once they give it to you they don't care I've been calling several times a week trying to see where the permanent plates are because the temp ones expired and they said it's processing and I tried to call them back and the phone number isn't working I don't know what to do at this point
