Had an appt for 6pm arrived at 5 check in took awhile was in a dock by 620pm unloaded by 745pm was told to wait for a call after green light that never came guy in lumper office said he called me but i never got anything with full bars on signal only reason i found out was they assigned another driver the dock door my advice is after you get the green light check with the lumper office every 30 minutes by dock door 330

Security guard is very rude forcefully doing his job , very unhappy face. You need to park at staging parking area follow directions. Check in at guard shack and they will call you for door. My experience wasn't bad I checked in @ 6:40 am for 7:00 am pick up got door in 30 mins and unloading done by 8:30am but they release paperwork by 10:00. Lumper fees required.

come here on time appt. They have lumper. You will whait ling time even if you light GREEN whait... lumper calling you when all done.

I quess your an OWNER OPERATOR. For you guys handling the food service warehouses and the New Jersey piers are losing proposition. Make sure you have detention time in your contracts. And even if you do good luck collecting.
