For me it was a rough start, but being in the automotive industry for 25 plus years, this is it, very demanding and constant working to meet the customer demand, I will say the automotive industry is not for everyone, but if you're willing to put in the work in can be rewarding

I have worked for these guys and they are some of the best employers out there. I’m a hard guy to understand and they treated me with respect from the start. Even the maintenance guys would show me stuff when changing over. If you like to work and stay focused this is the place for you. There is plenty of opportunities to move up. I would go back if I ever go back to South Carolina. The guys from Germany are also cool people to talk to when they are checking the facility... Maybe one day I’ll come back and pop my head in to see how y’all are doing. Again this is an easy bunch of people to work for and have a great heart...
