I have to give the DG (Gamewell) 3 stars due to unreliability of store hours so often. The staff is friendly and helpful, they’ve had a few people that haven’t lasted very long that never made a good impression- but again the good staff is still there. I would give the workers 5 stars. My only issue with this location is that 3 out of 5 times the store is closed during regular store hours. Sometimes it’s been a staff shortage(undeniably staffing was hard at a certain point everywhere), other times the registers are down, et cetera. With it being the only store besides a gas station in Gamewell, it can be a little frustrating when you have to turn around on your way home and go back to town.

Very convenient location, friendly staff that goes out of there way to help their customers and keep them happy. There store is always very clean and organized, always playing upbeat music and greeting you with smiles .. I won't shop at a different location this is my dollar general
