Move in was so easy. They gave me a nice basket of essentials at move in that came in handy. Make sure to speak to the manager, Whitney if you call or visit. She’s knowledgeable & quick to fix things.The other girl is a bit rude. I’ve seen her be kind to people, but she seems to not know much & refer everything off to the Manager. Overall great experience. Will update of things change

DO NOT move here! I am SO happy that i have pictures, that is definitely dated, from before i moved in! the sink was peeling like they painted the inside of it. There was mole under the sink that i notified them about multiple times and i also have a screenshot of that. the downstairs toilet leaked and it took them forever to fix it. They charge for things that are their fault and my lawyer will be calling. they took down my review twice but im screenshotting this one to send my lawyer! i lived in the townhouse, they have roaches that you have to constantly call for them to come spray for and "surprisingly" they never showed. crazy that i paid for pest control that never EVERRRRRRR came!

The units are old in GT things jus has been temporary fix and we continue to have issues time and time again. If you just need a place to stay and you love to give away money then stay here. Things at first was looking up changes now its back to the 0 board.
