This may seem to be a Shocker to some, but, rudeness iis another form of Disrespect. &, a certain set of rules shouldn't only appy to Patrons, no matter who we are, or what certain others may think we are, but, those same rules like being courteous, should also apply to the Employees, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE, OR EVEN WHO THEY THINK THEY ARE, JUST BECAUSE THEY WORK THERE!!! I always Comply thoroughly, until it's time not to, as an Example for Employees, who try to skate through the rules!!! But, yes, it still is a Nice enough looking facility. People need to put into Practice what they Preach about. If rules were made to be broken by those who delegate them, then why have any rules at all, in the first place. I may look like a Tough & Scrappy Character, granted, but, using my brain with a pen stroke is all of the more tougher. It's worked for & against me & many others, throughout many Centuries. History can also Attest to that fully.

Are they stopping people from coming in there to use their computers and internet? I hope not, otherwise I'm going to have to get in that line up for the hand out.
Good afternoon Janet, To renew your items simply go to our on-line public catalog at www.lincolnpubliclibrary.org. Select Search catalog and log in to your account on the catalog. When your account appears, select "items out" on the left side of the screen. When the items appear, check mark the one(s) you want to renew and scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see the Renew options at the bottom and you'll get your new due date. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions. Richard Richard Sumrall, Library Director
They have a nice magazine section in the Carnegie building. If you have a library card, you also have access to the online magazines available through the consortium. Huge number of titles!
