I have a friends that moved in during summer. Very happy with experience. I visit them often. Very professionally ran. They do a good job on responding to maintenance requests. Office staff they said was very good. I’m referring them to another friend moving to area. It’s a good deal for a 2 bedroom.

I lost my keys and someone found them and broke into my car and took everything out. My fault for loosing the keys yes however It has been three days with a work order in and still nobody has taken the ten minutes to change my dead bolt. Whoever got into my car still has my keys and could get into my apartment at any point in time. So I have been forced to do it myself and I’m sure I will get charged for it. Also rent has gone up about $120 per month with the new owners. These apartments are not worth that end of discussion. Save yourself the time and money.

I have lived here for about 6 months. As far as management goes they are very friendly and professional any issues are addressed and taken care of promptly. The maintenance team is great and professional as well. If you have any issues paying rent on time they work with you as long as you communicate. It's a great place to live and is super affordable.

I moved in 5 years ago and I loved it when the new management came in! Things started getting done. Pool was repaired, roofs are being replaced, decks are being repaired. The new management has turned this place around. Maintenance gets work orders done the same day. Office staff is great! I lived here for 2 years with nothing getting done in my home or around the buildings. It's nice coming home and seeing them doing more and more without raising my rent too!
