This is my third CRV, and one of many Honda's I've owned over the years. The CRV has gotten bigger and it's still a great car. My salesman Alex was very helpful. He showed me the new features in the CRV. He made sure everything went well from the minute I walked into the showroom until I drove off. When I need another Honda, I will be back to Honda of Hackettstown.

Called and requested vehicle to be held as we were traveling from syracuse. No problem! Manager came out to greet, but actually dealt with another gentleman. Very nice. No pressure. Either we wanted the truck after a test drive or we didnt. And we did!! Paper work lengthy as always but was out in 2.5 hours total. Drive was well worth it.....thanks

This was the worst experience of my life wasted all morning her for them to lie to my face charging me 29,000 for a used 2020 civic with 33,000 miles. Before signing the papers I left and they tried to keep my title to come back. Went to Franklin Sussex Hyaundai and got a brand new 2023 Elantra and an amazing deal ! Stay away from here and go to Franklin Sussex auto mall !
