Monica and Craig were easy to work with and responded promptly when I had questions or concerns. No problems with my experience overall at this location. However, I did eventually move my items from Public Storage due to the consistent rate hikes. I felt that they were pretty steep. Otherwise, I had a pretty positive experience.
