Would give ZERO stars if possible. Absolutely ridiculous worst customer service ever! The lady at the front door was extremely rude! As two customers were walking out we were trying to walk in and she closed the door on my daughters face. We drove a little over an hour to get here and called before driving here to ask the how late they were open. We were told they close at 9pm on 9-3-22. We arrived at the store at 8:40pm to have the door closed on us. She said that they had to close 15 minutes early due to having to clean the store and being short, but there was still 5 people shopping in the store and a couple employees. We will never shop here again! Took our business to famous footwear who let us right in a gave us excellent customer service and helped us find the crocs we needed.

Just left the store and felt like I needed to leave a review right away. The store has low stock in sizes which no biggie. I’m a manager in retail and I understand fluctuation in stock. But the cashier whose employee number is 10119845 from the receipt seemed like she was extremely irritable from the jump when I heard her interact with other customers. When it was our turn our total was 97.31. We gave her 100.50. She told us we still owed 6.81 bc she only put in 90.50. When I counted the money back to her showing it was $100 she seemed so irritated by it and called someone over by saying “I don’t care if it’s a manager come here”. Another manager came who was nice and apologetic with helping us get out correct change. We leave the store and notice she didn’t give us our box of charms. I went back asking for them almost right away and she had even forgotten we had them, didn’t seem like there was a sense of urgency getting a customer product they paid for. Last time I was here it was 8:20pm and they turned the light off in the store & had customers shopping in the dark because they had 40 minutes to close and they definitely wanted people to know that. I will most likely not return.

Dear Crocs at Chicago Premium Outlet in Aurora, I love your Crocs but your Clerks need to take a course on how to treat their customers with respect or, better yet, you should fire them and get some Clerks that actually want to sell your product and respect your customers. Two of your Clerks last night August 16, 2022 were not helpful at all but were sarcastic and rolled their eyes upward at your customers. One clerk had dark curly hair, Caucasian, on the overweight side and the other had dark hair, African American, on the overweight side. These Clerks do not realize that your customers are the ones that buy your product being sold there and without your customers you do not sell your product. There was a 15 minute wait line to check out at 9 pm last night on August 16, 2022. My daughter & I were the last ones in line. So to make my waiting time pass quicker, I started to look at more styles of Crocs. The clerk came over and told me that I could not look at the Crocs anymore & that because my daughter was in the line still waiting, I had to leave the store and could not wait with my daughter. The clerk said that the store didn't allow 2 people of the same party to wait in line at the same time....even though there were many people ahead of us in the line that had more than 2 people in their party and were waiting together to check out! So I left the store and was not able to stand in line with my daughter. I had found another pair of Crocs that I would have bought if I hadn't been thrown out of the store....A missed sale for Crocs! As it turned out, when my daughter finally got to the register the cashier told her that she had two different sizes of Crocs in her hand but my daughter couldn't ask me which size I wanted because I had been kicked out of the store! So my daughter bought both pairs for my birthday telling the cashier that she would be back the following day to exchange the wrong sized pair. Well, my daughter went back this morning, August 17, 2022, and she was given a hard time in exchanging the wrong sized pair of Crocs....even though the receipt clearly stated that she had bought two pairs of Crocs last night. The clerk this morning told her that she needed to bring in the second pair as well to get an exchange or refund. Then, my daughter recapped what happened to us last night and that she wanted a refund now for the wrong size Crocs. Again, rudeness and eye rolling from the Clerks! Finally, she was given a refund for the wrong size pair! By this time she was so fed up that she didn't want to exchange the wrong size pair for a right size pair! Again, I love Crocs, but both of us will never shop at your Aurora Premium Outlet Store again! It is less stressful to order Crocs online then to deal with the obnoxious Clerks there!
