Nicely decorated and very clean. Good location with plenty of parking. Did seem a little tight at maximum capacity.

The outside of the building had its Historical charm while the inside had minor adjustments made for the purpose it serves today. I enjoyed walking through the walls of the building.

Questions & Answers

I am looking for a space to seat 130 for a meeting/ meal and also having 4 other rooms seating 35 each. Does this site have that?

The large dining room can definitely seat and feed 130. There is one side room that can seat 35 but no other rentable meeting space is available besides the large dining room and the side room.
