Service Dept folks are the best! Even after I ordered some tires, they called to make sure that the cost was okay for parts and service.

They do not tell the truth about their fees. They say they have no control over the fees that Yamaha charges them, however if you call other dealers, the fees that Yamaha charges are half as much. They are marking up fees and hoping you won't call another dealer. Then when you call them out on it, they get very upset with you and hang up the phone. I would NEVER encourage anyone to buy a unit from this dealer. BUYER BEWARE of this dealer.

I had to order some parts for my bike doing routine maintenance and spoke to Jacob over the phone to get it all ordered in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, even took the time to put hands on the parts to confirm he had my chain in stock.
