I am a deep down Moto Guzzi guy...that one said, these people ( Star Powersports) in Knoxville sell and service Moto Guzzi!! I am about 1.5 hours away from Knoxville....next dealership is more then 4 hours away... So I went and bought the V85TT, had several phone conversations with the staff...about price, time frame for pick- up....also asked by phone to add some parts....so it would be ready when I come to get it. Very smooth and friendly conversation, several helpful text messages and when I finally got there it was super easy to deal with them...bike was ready to roll! They went all out to make me feel good and had all the answers for my questions.Everybody is sort of cool in that shop but still professional grade. Did I mentioned that I saved almost $1100 compared to 2 other Guzzi dealers.... All on all very satisfied, not a big fancy shiny place but seems like good ole folks doing you right. Now: lets see how all this works out when I bring the bike back for first service!! I will follow up on this. "Guzzi rocks!!" Follow up: Had both of my GUZZIS down there for first inspection and 6000 Mile service...very detail oriented mechanic, easy to deal with...made absolutely shure I understood what work been done and offered old parts for show and tell!! Well done!!
