I always find great options here. The prices are not crazy for the most part. The shoes need to have sizes checked they were all wrong when we were shoe shopping but we will definitely be back for shopping. As for selling I will probably never sell to them again, they passed on size 10 America eagle shorts that had no stains. They need new people to sort their buys.

Most of the times I have been in there to either buy or sell items, most of the girls at the register are very rude. They seem like they judge way too much. And they rip you off, I had a pair of American eagle jeans that were only worn maybe once or twice and they tried giving me 5$ for them and I paid 60$ But would sell them for 20-25$ The last time I went was a couple days ago, there was a girl who was very judge mental about my clothes that I brought in and was very rude, I will not be returning to the Florence location!

I like it because of the clothes but when you sell stuff they definitely rip you off and you can bring in brand new brand name clothes with tags still on them and they will be like oh it looks used like what?
