Christina , the manager, gave me the BEST customer service I've ever had getting an oil change. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, she explained things so clearly, I felt comfortable buying new wiper blades and an air filter with my oil change and I changed from conventional oil to synthetic for the first time ever. All of this is because I felt I understood and trusted in her answers to my questions. Valvoline has an invaluable employee in Cristina, no doubt about it!
