Had my Yukon in the shop to get checked out , tori was helpful , called me to make sure to go further on checking my truck , ended up pulling it home cause engine was bad and when I got it home the engine was missing bolts to the head they took off on one side and they also damaged the oil dipstick tube without letting me know , they told me that couldn't put it back together cause of labor costs but I did drive it there, had a misfire code but know it was going to come back with missing part's, I tried calling the owner and left a message to please call me back so I could speak with them but been almost 3 weeks and no response back,I know they tore apart my engine but didn't know it was going to come back with missing parts, now I have to figure out what else is missing, I have worked at other dealerships and they would have attempted to call the customer back after 600 dollars to let me know the engine bad . Not sure if I would try them again but tori was helpful.
