I'm overall happy with all the experience that I've had purchasing vehicles from Stillwater motors. The one thing I wish that could happen is extended hours on Saturdays (as this is the weekend and most people have off so if you need to have maintenance done, you'd better be there bright and early or drop off the car that night). If you'd have extended hours you'd get more satisfied customers. The sales department are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are trying to sell also very friendly.

Steven and the staff were very nice and considerate. They were very accommodating in the service and provided clean and great lobby. Their was a technician who was in communication with me in the process and they were informative of the issues at hand. Great service and excellent customer service!

Mike in service was extremely lazy. I received the automated text saying I could text him at any point during my oil change. I was waiting at the dealership but was worried it’d take a while so I was making arrangements to leave and come back. I walked back to his desk multiple times and he wasn’t there so I opted for using the text option. He never responded. On my fourth attempt of walking to his desk, he was there, eating chips. When I walked up and asked for an update, he came off super annoyed. He sighed and said, “I guess I’ll go find out”. Then when my service was done, he walked out and said my name, walked my paperwork to the desk, and stormed off. I told him to have a nice day and he didn’t say a word. I have a 20 Camaro that I’ve brought for service (which is insanely expensive) and my 21 XT5. I’ll definitely be taking that $350+ in business to another GM dealership after that experience. I will say that everyone else seemed nice. I’d avoid showing up prior to 10 am. When you arrive early and pull into the service line, all the employees will just stare at you and avoid doing their jobs until they’ve stopped talking with their buddies about their weekend.
