The technician who did my oil change and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, Dan, was fantastic! I was only in for an oil change but Dan took a moment to look over my vehicle and found that my air filters and tires needed some work. He explained everything professional, clearly and with a positive attitude! I was on the fence about getting vehicle services here but this great customer service will keep me coming back!

Hey Cris, I'm one of the techs working at this location. We can fix just about everything with your vehicle and your PCM is detecting a 10% discrepancy more then it should be with that specific plug. In most cases it can be a blown fuse/relay and or the plug itself damaged/ faulty. In rare circumstances it can be the PCM itself, which would be the worst case scenario. We can definitely take a look and find the cause. Mon-fri 7am-9pm Saturday 7am-7pm and Sunday 9am-5pm these are our shop hours. Appointments available for your convenience!

I have worked overnights the last 2 years and stop here at least a couple times a week at various times and have never had the doors locked. Not sure why you have had bad luck...
