Naturally Fine

Due to being in traffic, I called camp bow wow in advance to let them know I would be no more than 10 minutes late picking up my dog. The employee responded, " oh no its fine, we'll be here for you to pick her up... no worries" Once I arrived they tried to add 25 dollars for being 7 minutes late. Not to mention, the employee was rude when I asked about the 25 dollar up charge. She actually said, " I could've kept your dog over night, I didn't have to release her to you." I explained to her what her employee said about being able to pick her up, she said "well i'll have to speak to them.. that's not how we do things here." I will not be returning, they aren't about the customer or need better training in customer service.

I left my dog for the day and they didnt let her play because they said she had the "zoomies." Basically they said she was excited and they didnt want to deal with that. So they locked her up all day, after reading reviews it seems this is common. I basically paid for my pet to be crated all day, i could've left her home in the crate if that was going to be the case... Very disappointed. Edit: In response to camp bowwow's response . We watched the camera back and forth all day and never seen her so called "reintegrated." She came in ready to play and energetic (as shes supposed to) and the 1st thing your employee said "was oh... she has alot of energy." Then from that moment on we didnt see her on any of your cameras. My dog has never once bitten, barked, or growled at a human nor a dog. I figured you all would write a rebuttal to try to save face. The fact is, if your pet comes in and is energetic and wants to play, wrestle, play tag etc. Your pet will be locked by themselves all day so the staff doesnt have to actually work and watch them. That's the job folks...

I love this camp bow wow! Everybody is so sweet and amazing at communicating! My dog has been to multiple doggy daycares and none of them do things such as, save your left over dog food so us dog parents can know how much our dogs ate. This is something that is important for me to know since my dog is underweight! I want to give a huge shoutout to Julia! She is incredible! Julia is very welcoming and care about every dog like their her own! Julia is so great at giving the pup-parents updates, lets us know how our pups did that day in daycare, as well as making sure anything is in each dogs profile, such as: food allergies, likes & dislikes, and if a dog can or cannot have a bed or blanket, ! I know my Lunatic is in great hands here!

My dog is an 8 month puppy. They locked my dog in the kennel whole day, only because she had alot of energy according to them. My heart broke seeing other dogs play and have fun and not seeing my dog on camera whole day. They clearly don't have the correct people working there.

The prices change each year. Normally it's around $40 and yes they will be inside at night. During the day, they are playing with other dogs and can go inside and outside.
