The staff here is friendly, helpful and efficient. In particular, Charlie was friendly, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond what was required in order to ensure I was happy with the rental vehicle. He and the rest of the staff here truly know what great customer service means. I was glad to be able to be in and out of the facility in just a few minutes. The vehicle itself was of high quality and I was happy with the vehicle comfort and performance. All in all, I would say the staff at this Enterprise location made the rental experience a pleasant one and I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a vehicle in St. Louis.
