My first time here and I had a pleasant experience. Appointment was on time. Jordan at the front was helpful and nice. Sharon (I believe her name was) who does pre-screening, was also nice and helpful. Dr. Starks was pleasant. Received my glasses about 2 weeks after my appointment. I had no issues.

The ladies there went above and beyond to find me better pricing for both glasses and contacts. I can't thank them enough for all their time and patience, and absolute willingness to go the extra mile while assisting their customers. I think this is my new favorite location.

Front staff and manager was really nice and helpful. Doctor , wasnt rude but just blah. It was a quick in and out screening. Previous doctors that was there was much more friendlier and took the time to listen.

If you already have a prescription in hand then they will see you for glasses with no appointment necessary.
5 days. I got my eye exam on the 20th and my glasess was ready on the 25th of January.
Yes you can take the glasses back to them and they will make sure they fix it
