Once I took the bow off this is what I saw. Not happy at all. Not what I asked for. Her hair was not tangled because I brush it every day with two different kind of brushes. Its just curly.The first thing she said it was that she had to be shaved without even looking at her. What else can I say I HATE IT she looks ugly specially her head it’s all uneven you can clearly see it in the pictures.

Unfortunately I can not recommend The Groomers for elderly or special needs services. My 17 year old dog with back and hip problems was rushed and handled roughly. I had to intervene twice while waiting outside and hearing my dog bark in distress. I ultimately terminated the session. A week after, he is still having an exacerbation of symptoms. I did my research and the Groomers have a good representation but sadly this was not shown with my dog.

My miniature poodle was groomed at the Groomers. Roxanne did a fabulous job clipping him. He has a sport cut with clean face and feet. He is an active puppy and she is so patient with him making sure he has a good experience every time, he loves going to her and I love the results. A 5 star recommendation!!!
