We were able to walk in with 2 dogs without an appointment. We brought them to have their nails clipped and smoothed. The wait was minimal and the process was quick. We were in and out in less then a half hour. Their charge was fair. Parking is on the side of the building but close to their front door.

****(PICTURE ATTACHED)**** Our poor baby was bleeding for days and to this day, STILL traumatized from this place! And is scared every time she enters a grooming place. Briana was not welcoming and just had a poor attitude, seemed miserable. Waited for our dog for more then 6 hours and when we got there we had to pay before we saw our dog and I know why.. because our Shitzu was cut on her paw and they used a clogging powder called “quick stop” to cover it up. When we called they admitted to it too but didn’t have the decency to tell us when we picked her up, at least a heads up so when she bleeds we won’t be upset. She was bleeding for days and we had to purchase ointment and a wrap for it. We kindly asked for compensation/money back and were turned down. We had photos of everything but the manager wanted us to bring the dog back, but sadly I will not be bringing back my traumatized pet, poor management - giving the tip and money before seeing the dog is sketchy to me, definitely will be looking elsewhere! Unfortunately you can’t get tip money back but at least something for cutting our dog and not even telling us or warning us when we picked her up, that is what is unprofessional and upsetting. No wonder she was there for so long and we were told “oh not yet” several times. What is sad is that we weren’t a first time customer but now we will be a last time customer and will not be recommending it to all our dog friends! HIGHLY recommend woof gang in west Hartford, they are helping my dog get past her horrible experience here and they only had her for 45 minutes with a loving and caring groom. I would highly discourage ANYONE from bringing their dog here. Inconsiderate management and workers. No compassion. Not even an apology.

We have started to use Pet Spa for our dogs. When we walk in with both of our dogs, they take care of our needs right away. Awesome service and fair price!
