Rented 2 golf carts months in advance. Told Owner we had a 16 foot trailer to pick up both of them the day before the wedding day. When we arrived the owner said that 16 foot trailer only works to pick up 1. We live 1.5 hours away, so we left with only 1 of the 2 we rented. No time to go back to get the second one, since it would take another 3 hours of time. When we returned the one, no refund for the one we never picked up or used. The owner said he didn’t remember that conversation, of course! Poor place to rent from. Stay away. If he would have said you need a 24 footer or more then we would have planned accordingly. Their mistake, but we still paid full price for 2, but only got to use 1 of them. Poor business model to follow! Stay away!

Our family was in the market for a used golf cart for a while. I had been following several companies, trying to decided which one would be the right fit for us. This spring, we decided on JBC based on their pricing, design abilities and other reviews. I contacted JBC on a Sunday, not thinking they would respond right away, but to my surprise, I got a quick response back from Justin (within minutes). We chatted for a while and I outlined my price-range and what I was looking for. After about an hour, we had the whole thing wrapped up and ordered. Justin was great and helped me through all my requests and provided me with great information. Three weeks later we were able to pick up our family's first cart! Pick up was quick and it turned out perfect, all the way down to the custom black paint! It was definitely worth the two-hour drive to their location. Sometimes you have to travel a greater distance for exceptional service, and I'm definitely glad I did. Thank you, Justin and JBC for building such a great cart that will allow our family to create unforgettable memories for years to come!
