Great service, helpful agent but the agreement said there was 7/8 tank of gas but when I got in it was less than 3/4. Kind of a shady thing to do with gas prices so high. 🤔

The phone system needs some work. Extremely hard to get through. First extension of my rental … after trying for about 45 minutes Jack answered and was highly professional. Second extension of my rental … repeatedly rang for over an hour. Christie answered, spoke over me, was snotty, told me I could not extend again without coming in. (Would have been nice to know during previous extension and I would have extended for longer.) She was so nasty I will never rent from Hertz again car, equipment, or otherwise. Hertz Hurts! They do not care about your needs.

Michael was very nice and helpful even though he was the only one there, it was rather busy when I got there. He was very professional. I think the price was kind of high but I needed to get home.

I was arriving late and didn't get to the counter until 12:05 A.M. She was waiting for me and handed me the keys and paperwork. I had called earlier and they usually wait until the last plane has arrived. Great service and nice people.
