If your thinking about getting your hair done here, DO NOT Waste your time!! I have been a repeat customer for many years the last 2x has been a disappointment. This 3rd time was the final straw. They will do what they want and your hair will not look like the style you show them. They gave me what they call bra length braids that did not come to my bra length but to the bra length of a 10 year old more like shoulder length for a grown up and overcharge for it. My hair is unreasonably full with no length. They debated about the length asking me to show them the picture several times and still did NOT understand the assignment. Not to mention you pay before you can see the finished work. Had the nerves to talk in their language and not fix the issue. They act just like the ghetto they are in. These people are some clowns and very much ignorant. Go to Fatima hair braiding on sugar creek .Best in Charlotte hands down and she will do as ask.

So my appointment for 10am, I sat for an hour before even getting in the chair and 3/4 of the way I was told to get up so she could do someone else hair who just walked in....
